Shipping & Returns
Orders placed Monday to Friday by 3:30pm GMT will be dispatched the next day,
All other orders will be dispatched next working day after that including Worldwide.
Upon dispatch, we will email you a tracking number and a link to see where your order is, if you would like to see when delivery is due please follow the link on the email and enter the tracking number provided.
(please check your junk folder as sometimes the email may go there)
1. Cancellations:
You can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you or
where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.
2. Returns
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Any returns should arrive in an unused and re sellable condition.
A 20% handling charge may be applied on returned items.
Any goods, damaged, broken or dirty may not qualify for a refund.
3. Refunds
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4. Your right to return goods.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 2 will not apply in the following circumstances: –
in the event that the product has been used.
to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
Deliveries are sent out via UPS sign for postal services and will arrive within 5 working days of cleared funds
The provisions of this clause 4 does not affect your statutory rights.
