Orders placed Monday to Friday by 1:00pm GMT will be dispatched the next day*

All other orders will be dispatched the next working day after that, including Worldwide.

Upon dispatch, we will email you a tracking number and a link to see where your order is.

If you would like to know the estimated delivery date, please follow the link in the email and enter the provided tracking number.

(Please check your junk folder, as the email might occasionally land there.)


1. Cancellations:

You can notify us by email before we dispatch the goods to you. If the goods have already been dispatched, you can return them to us in accordance with clause 2 below.

2. Returns:
You can return goods you’ve ordered from us for any reason within 14 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. Returned items should be in an unused and resalable condition. A 20% handling charge may be applied to returned items. Please note that goods that are damaged, broken, or soiled might not qualify for a refund.

3. Refunds:
Once we receive the goods, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit, as required.

4. Your Right to Return Goods:
The right to return goods, as mentioned in clause 2, will not apply in the following circumstances:

  • If the product has been used.
  • To any products that we have made or customized specifically for you.

Deliveries will arrive within 5 working days of cleared funds after being sent out. The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.

Rodtech UK does not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.”

5. Shipping and Returns for Orders Outside the UK:
At Rodtech UK, we’re delighted to serve customers from around the world. However, it’s important to note that orders placed from outside the UK may be subject to additional costs beyond our control. These costs can include Value Added Tax (VAT), customs charges (such as duties), or any other fees imposed by your country’s regulations.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to determine the exact amount of these charges in advance, as they vary depending on the country and its import regulations. These charges are typically determined by your local customs office and are separate from the shipping and product costs you pay to us.

While we do our best to provide accurate shipping and delivery estimates, the calculation and assessment of these charges are beyond our reach. We recommend contacting your local customs office or relevant authorities to gain a better understanding of the potential costs associated with importing goods from abroad.

Should any taxes, customs fees, handling charges, or additional expenses arise during the shipping of an order to your address, and if you choose not to accept or cover these charges after the order has already been dispatched, it is important to note that any resulting shipping costs and fees for us receiving the goods back, will be the responsibility of the customer.
